Allow me to introduce my self and the architectural companies I represent.
My name is Manuel Gonzalez Appel. I am Costa Rican citizen born in 1953. I am an Architect with a degree from the University of Rio de Janeiro Brazil.
I funded two architectural and engineering companies: M.G.Appel S.A and Ditek S.A with the vision of supply an integral architectural and engineering services.
M.G.Appel S.A. is a firm dedicated to develop design concepts, master and architectural plans. This company has more than 25 years of experience .
Ditek S.A is a subsidiary firm of M.G.Appel S.A. dedicated to develop final construction and architectural plans and engineer supervision.
These companies are experienced in designing and supervising different type of projects such as: Beach houses, residential houses, residential condominium, office buildings, office condominiums, shopping centers, commercial facilities, supermarket buildings, fast food restaurants and industrial buildings.
Both companies are small firms with a personalize service concept. For us any size project is important.
Our services include a complete set of plans, which include: Architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical plans. We usually also provide the supervision during the construction process.
Our services also include the guidelines and advice to our clients during all the planning and construction process.
Our staffs of professionals are license architect & engineers according to Costa Rican laws for designing and supervising construction projects.
